Earleen has been active in the development and management of affordable housing since 1985. Having worked on the development side for over 20 years, she has become intimately familiar with the requirements and complexities of financing and subsidies necessary to develop affordable housing. After retiring from her full-time position in 2021, Earleen redirected her housing experience and knowledge by serving in the renovation and development of new construction affordable housing with Christian Senior Housing Foundation. She has been involved in the development of over 50 affordable housing communities across the sunbelt of the United States over her career. With her many years of experience, she will be leading the charge for acquisitions.
